Mr. William Reinhardt, Vice President Las Vegas Land and Water Company, 422 West Sixth Street, Los Angeles 14, California, Dear Mr. Reinhardt: I have been over the pipe sheets several times and am enclosing the results which I have. With allowances for shrinkage of blueprints and scaling personal errors, the check is very fair. On attached sheet, which some one else in your office can go over, I am making some explanation of my results and the shortages or omissions between the maps and your figures.
