* Los Angeles, June JO, 19^S 1-733^ Mr. A. M. Folger: I am attaching hereto duplicate originals of letter dated April 21, 19^S, addressed to Mr. F. F. Garside and Mr. A. E. Cahlan, concerning the construction of sewer along Main Street, which will serve the two parcels of land under option to Messrs. Garside and Cahlan. On May 7, 1948!, Mr. Cahlan approved and accepted a similar letter as Mgr Dir. of the Las Vegas Evening Review Journal; however, the option to purchase was granted to F. F. Garside and A. E. Cahlan, Co-partners, and the original letter has been returned by our Law Dept, with request we secure new letter signed by each of the co-partners. Will appreciate if you will handle with Messrs. Cahlan and Garside, and after securing their signatures, return the carbon copy of the letter to me for my file. # i
