LOVE, warrants that she is the owner of the IE said six (6) inch and eight (8) inch water line and connecting valves, 13 fittings and valve boxes, and that the same is free and clear of all en- 14 eumbranees including all material and labor claims attaching thereto, and 15 that she will at all times hereafter defend the title to the same against 16 any and all persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same. 17 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, VERA I.
