It has been our practice in submitting affidavits covering valuation of lots sold with Company cottages, to secure such affidavit from a non-employe, usually Sr. wengert, cashier of the bank. However, In this Instance, it is rather difficult to secure any comparable figures or a valuation as of that time. 1 have consulted our old files is the office and attach a memorandum outlining sales a number of years ago. we cannot apply the valuation used on lots In Clark* s Las Vegas TownsIte to the acreage sold to Cahlan, because their valuation is entirely different.
