This refers to your letter, March 25, 195^, to Mr. E. E. Bennett, regarding original documents to be furnished the Water District at time of sale. Certificates of Appropriation in our files, letter was written to Mr. Bennett today over Mr. Sutton's signature, with copy to you, requesting him to advise whether it was his intention to furnish the District with copies of these Certificates of Appropriations, Check has been made of our files and we find they do not contain Appropriation Nos. 10706.and 1070? for wells Nos. 5 and 6. Gan you determine from your records whether these two Certificates of Appropriation were ever forwarded to this office. If not, will you please forward them to me and in the event they were previously forwarded they have apparently become lost and it will be appreciated, if you will secure copies of them and forward to me at the earliest possible date.
