On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing Agreement "N"L.D. 2786, dated February 21, 1954, between LVL&WCo., called "Company” and Romy Hammes, an individual, called "Subdivider", providing; 1 - Subdivider at his sole cost and expense to furnish all necessary materials and labor and construct; a .
