A black and white image of the Board of Clark County Commissioners. From left to right, the men present are Esq. District Attorney Roland H. Wiley; Commissioner Harold J. Stocker; Chairman George T. Hanson; County Auditor and Recorder David Farnsworth; Commissioner E. F. Davison; and County Clerk Lloyd S. Payne. This photo was taken from a time capsule in the cornerstone of the Union Pacific Railroad station located in Las Vegas. The time capsule was placed there in 1940 and was later retrieved when the building was demolished around 1970.
