Los Angeles, February 18, 1946 20-334-1 Mr. Frank Strong: / (OC - Mr. Walter Bracken) Referring to your le t t e r January 7, f i l e 1-7334, and Mr. Bracken’ s le tt e r January 3, f i l e W 18-6-2, in regard to water production and consumption at Las Vegas during the year 1945. currently by Robert Edwards reflected more water consumed than produced in several months of the year, had Water Service Foreman John Snorf go into this very carefu lly with Mr. Edwards and he has furnished revised production figures fo r the months of January, February, March, July, August, September, October, November and December per statements attached. The difference between amount reported produced and that reported consumed covers water wasted at the over­flow at the reservoir during the night when our waterman is not on duty to control the flow of water produced.
