INC NEVADA CORPORATION, sells, transfers WILSON, 307 Street, SAN MATEO, CALIFORNIA, all its right, title, and interest in and to refunds from revenue of the LAS VEGAS VALLEY WATER DISTRICT, Assignee of LAS VEGA; LAND AND WATER COMPANY, to be made pursuant to Section II, Article II of that certain Agreement between the undersigned and the LAS VEGAS VALLEY WATER DISTRICT Assignee of LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, dated March 3> 19$U* identified as S"N,,L.D. 2781* and the undersigned hereby expressly authorizes and requests the 9 I U S VEGAS VALLEY WATER DISTRICT TO MAKE ALL PAYMENTS required by said Section II ?0 Article II of said Agreement to ERNEST A. WILSON. This Assignment is irrevocable except by mutual agreement of TWIN LAKES jVILLAGE, INC. and ERNEST A.
