Dear S iri- Referring to my letter to you under date of April 19th in reference to agreement with John L. Russell Since our conversation, I have had a talk with Russell and he is making an effort to raise the entire amount of money to pay off this balance, hut I do not believe it will be possible for him to secure the amount required, #3500.00, but I am sure he will be able to make e. payment of #500.00 and would recommend that we renew his agreement for one year for #3000.00 balanpe at same rate of interest. Will you kindly advise? Yours truly
