I t i s going t o req u ire a ra th er heavy expenditure to c le a r , l e v e l and la y t h is acreage o f f in to tow nsite lo t s and ca rry the water system through th e same, Mr. Hawkins has made a request through me, to purchase same at p ric e o f §40,000.00 under agreement such as we have sold other l o t s to other p a r tie s . That i s , one-fourth in cash upon d e liv e r y o f agreement, and the balance t o runt fo r one yea r, bearin g a r a te o f 7f> in te r e s t.
