You are hereby invited to submit on or before May 1 5 th, 19^#, a lump sura proposal for construction of pro­posed sewer on the following basis: Contractor to furnish all labor, material, tools, equipment, supervision and other facilities required to con­struct a complete line of sewer in accordance with the above mentioned Plans and Specifications, The engineering, alignment and grade stakes will be set by the City of Las Vegas.
