Original, approval copy (hearing approval as to form) and two extra copies of Beed of water-hearing land from UPBE to LVL&WCo. 3„ Original, approval copy (hearing approval as to form) and two extra copies of Bill of Sale of water production and transmission facilities from LA&SL to UPBECOo A. Original, approval copy (hearing approval as to form) and two extra copies of Bill of Sale of water production and transmission facilities from UPBE to LVL&WCo. 5. Buplicate originals (each hearing approval as to form) and two copies of proposed contract between LA&SL, UPBE and LVL&WCo. Mr. Bennett advises that you may execute each of the en­closed documents as President of the Bailroad Companies with the con­sent of the Executive Committee pursuant to Section 3, Article V, of the LA&SL Bylaws and Section 6, Article V, of the Union Pacific Bylaws, and that you may execute the contract described in Item 5 above as President of the Land Company pursuant to Section 3» Article IV, of the Bylaws as amended and effective July 11, 19^.
