File_________ THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of the / Q ___________ d a y o f - _______ i by and between LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Nevada, hereinafter called nCompanyrt, party of the first part, and WAALE, CAMPLAN & TIBERTI, INC., a corporation of the State of Nevada, with place of business located at 1233 Com­stock Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada, hereinafter called "Subdivider", party of the second part, WITNESSETH: R E C I T A L S WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of dis­tributing water as a public utility in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in subdividing Bonanza Village Tract, Las Vegas, Nevada, as per plat thereof on file and of record in Book 2 of Plats, Page 69, Clark County, Nevada Records, all in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, and has made application to the Company to furnish water to said Bonanza Village Tract, the boundaries of which are indi­cated by brown lines on map attached hereto marked **ExhIbit A and hereby made a part hereof; WHEREAS, the Subdivider has heretofore constructed water mains within the boundaries of said Bonanza Village Tract, con­sisting of 3,659 feet of S—inch, 12,625 feet of 6—inch, 3*79$ feet of 4-inch and 456 feet of 2-inch cast iron pipe, the cost of which system, exclusive of the four water wells, pumps and fire hydrants, A-38
