Ross Clark, Los Angeles, California* Dear Brother,- I overlooked the natter of the question of the Executive Committee when X saw you* Mr. Lovett and I had talked the natter over upon my return from Europe and we both concluded that It was really unneooessary to have an Executive Committee, as it was difficult sometimes to get a quorum, and that the best way would be to pass upon anything that was sent up here by the Special Committee, or in fact on any other matter we wish to have put In force, and then have the transaction covered by a resolution to be passed by the Board of Directors} and unless there is some serious objection unknown to us why this plan would not operate Just as effectively and be much more convenient we will adopt that plan hereaft er• iSl Yours sincerely,
