H* Hulaleer Mr* R* M, Sutton) Referring to your letter to Mr. Reinhardt dated April 7, 1952, file 4705-11-22/4787-11-104, relative to revised estimate for calendar year I960, covering manage­ment expense, which figures are required by you in connection with court case against the Nevada Public Service Commission to set aside its order of August 24, 1931, granting an in­sufficient Increase in water rates to LVL&WCo. at Las Vegas, Nevada: In my letter of April 21st, I furnished you certain figures in this conneetion, but subsequent conferences with Mr* Renwick have developed it will be necessary to revise these figures and make certain segregations and explanations. | am accordingly enclosing three copies of the following statements which supersede the figures furnished in my letter of April 21st• 1, Estimated cost of services to be performed by Industrial Development Department dur­ing the calendar year 1932, in connection with the water distribution facilities of the Water Department of Las Vegas Land and Water Company. 2.
