Gilletfc and Vernon Lee & Ethel Lee all of its right, title and interest in and to refunds from revenue of the Las Vegas Valley Water District, Assignee of / Las Vegas Land and Water Company, to be made pursuant to Section 2, Article II, of that certain Agreement between the undersigned and the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, dated the 21st day of March , 19 51 , identified as ”Nn L. D. 240? , and Las Vegas Valley ter Dl^tiVLct, Assignee of the undersigned hereby expressly authorizes and requests thq^Las Vegas Land and Water Company to make ail payments required by said Section 2, H. R , Gillett & Rascha F . Gillett Article It, of said Agreement to the Vernon Lee It Ethel Lee_______________. This Assignment is irrevocable except by mutual agreement by H, R, Gillett & Rascha F . Gillett the Lee Construction Company, Inc._____ and Vernon Lee & Ethel Lee_______ and the revocation thereof as herein provided shall not be binding upon the Las Vegas Valley Water District, Assignee of ..
