The “ North Star “ Mine Notice of Location We the undersigned hereby locate fifteen hundred feet on this Ledge on Lode of [not legible] bearing precious metals with all dips spurs and angles, also three hundred feet on each side for surface purposes commencing at the monument upon which this notice is placed and running seven hundred and fifty feet N Westerly and [not legible] Hundred and fifty feet S Easterly. Said mine is Situated Westerly from the Alum spring about ½ of a mile on the North Side Wash about ¼ of a mile Northerly from the California road, in El Dorado Mining District Lincoln County State of Nevada and shall be Known as the “ North Star “ Mining Company Dated on the ground this 29th day of July A.D. 1880 [not legible] M.
