Any party rendered unable to fulfill any obligation by reason of uncon­trollable forces shall exercise due diligence to remove such inability with all dispatch. Section 17. All notices given pursuant to the terms of this agreement shall be given as follows: Any such notice shall be given to the District by personally serving the President or Secretary of the District with such written notice or by depositing such written notice in the United States mail, registered, and addressed to the Pres­ident or Secretary of the District at 135 South 4th Street, Las Vegas, Nevada.
