    4. Our present water supply is ample for all the wants of the proposed increased capacity. I have already estimated for an irrigating plant at a cost of about $3200. If we get this we will need more wire fencing $500 will supply this. Our stables, sheds, etc. are ample. We stand thus: During the fiscal year ‘92 we can accommodate and expect to have in school from 100 to 120 pupils. We ought to be ready to accommodate 200 during the fiscal year 1893 and in order to do this we need the above mentioned improvements costing in the aggregate exclusive of irrigating plant $15000.
