These lote were to be sold on terms, 1/4 down and the balance to run for one year; but I have persuaded the buyer to purchase same for cash on delivery of deed, thereby relieving us of any further trouble. Will you kindly have deed made covering this property, running to 0° if. Boggs, and send me for delivery. X will make colleotion of purchase price, $1600.00, upon delivery of deed.
