Las Vegas - Hay 13, 1943 R 2-102 Hr. Frank Strongs Confirming our telephone conversation with reference to proposed sale of Republic Supply Building on Clark Avenue to Robert T. Moore, who Is engaged in the hay, grain, flour and feed business. Mr. Moore Is asking arrangements to purchase the building and in line with our phone conversation Z have advised him that we will grant him a five-year lease on this site. Will you kindly arrange with Legal Department to draw up the necessary form of lease, either by termination agreement of present lease with Republic Supply or assignment of present lease for remainder of period.
