Bennett, copy to this office, relative to estimated annual expenses of Land and Tax Department in connection with Las Vegas Land and Water Company water production facilities at Las Vegas, Nevada. It will he appreciated if you will arrange to furnish similar estimates for the remaining five months of 1953 and each calendar year thereafter, excluding vacation allowance and Railroad Retirement and Unemployment tax. In furnishing these estimates consideration should he given to any reduction or changes you may desire to make hy reason of the sale of the LA&SL RR Co. water hearing lands and. water facilities to the LVL&W Co. D-723. R. M. 704-36
