has Vegas - August 16, 1948 Mr, A. 0, Ritters H 2 { oo - Mr. W. T. Prise) Luoe & G-oodf allow, loo&l agents for Phlloo and Cener&l Eleotrie, lost their warehouse on Fremont Street by fire last week, and Mr, Luoe has now made application to us for a site on Railroad trackage on which to construct a new warehouse to receive carload shipments of Refrigerators and Radios, fhis is one of the oldest firms in Las Vegas. In view of the fact that pr&ctioally all of the available space is taken up in the South Main Street district, I suggest we offer him a 50* frontage on Sonansa Road, either the easterly 50 feet of the old Moitishek site or the site now under lease to G*Dowd Distributing Company, if the latter does not intend to make use of same.
