Montgomery 15 North Oakland Pasadena, California Dear Mr. Montgomery: Please refer to my letter to you Pile W 26 dated Oct. 30, 1953, relative to change In description of easement which is des­cribed in Agreement "C"L.D. 11342 dated June 1, 1953, as Strip Six on page 7 of Exhibit "F". The change in description requested in above letter was approved by you on Novembef* 3, 1953, and by Mr, Campbell on November 10, 1953. I am informed that a typographical error was male in trans­mitting the description of the easement as submitted for your approval in my letter bf October 30th, and that the following change should be made in the last paragraph of description. Change the course, Prom: S. 36° 28* 30" W. 850.0 feet. To: S. 35° 28» 30" W. 850.0 feet. the balance of the description will remain unchanged. If you agree to the above mentioned change in description from that description previously approved by you on carbon copy of my letter of October 30th, please approve one copy of this letter and return to Mr. Harry P. Miller for further handling and approval by Mr. Thomas A.
