Dear Mr. McDonald, Further to our phone conversation we provide as- follows approximate specifications and sizes of double treadmill. Treadmill to be powered by a 5 phase electric motor of 5.5 kw driving a variable speed Somthcott Hydraulic pump to a hydraulic gearbox* Overall length of treadmill 4.64 m width being 2.5 m - Heigh* at the highest point 2.22 m. Horses will be running side by side on a 12 degree incline. Unlaid en weight approximately -f-ton ~ approximate weight of horses Iton. Hydraulic: storage tank, filters, electric motor, pumps etc., located on left hand side; of treadmill. To facilitate- back stage movement" of treadmill it will be fitted with over1 centre rubber1 castors.
