Ft. Mojave, AZ July 17 The Honorable Commissioner of Indian Affairs Washington D.C. Sir: I have the honor to state that in making purchases of potatoes for use at school under authy 24604 overlooked the fact that I was limited to a certain number of pounds. I bought potatoes at less than the specified rate per [not legible] and used the entire appropriation $224 These potatoes were all used by the school and are accounted for on my weekly [not legible] state meats, and I respectfully request that the necessary authority be granted to
