Mr. Wia. Reinhardt - Pag® 02 which would provide that he receive 50$ of the monthly revenues received from customers in that area who are talcing direct service from water line constructed by him under the above mentioned .Agreement. In view of the fact that the water line in 4th Street was constructed at Mr. Petersen*s expense, 1 recommend that an Amenda-tory Agreement be prepared with Hayes J. Petersen which would provide that he receive 50$ of the revenue from customers on the east side of 4th Street between St. Louis and 4th Place in addition to refunds already provided for in above mentioned contract for the period commencing on October 1, 1953 and running to the end of a 10 year period following completion of said water main as provided in original contract. If you concur with the above recommendation, please advise and 1 will request Mr. Cory to prepare an Amendatory Agreement as outlined above. L. B. Kaag LRM:rr
