RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing lease Audit No. 10264, dated November 1, 1943, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and Fred W. Krinard and Russell G. Krinard, Copartners, Lessee, covering garage, located at 4th and Vine Streets, Riverside, California; term beginning November 1, 1943, and extending to November 1, 1948; rental $42,00 per annum, payable annually in advance; subject to termination by Lessor on thirty days' writ-ten notice; be, and the same is hereby., ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Ashby and Assistant Secretary Rigdon in executing agreement Audit No. 10261, dated November 15, 1943, effective November 1, 1943, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, called "Seller", and Fred W. Krinard and Russell G. Krinard, Copartners, called "Purchaser", covering sale of parcel of land, containing an area of 29,095 sq. ft., together with improvements thereon (being a citrus packing plant and machinery), near 4th and Vine Streets, Riverside, California; purchase price of said parcel, $45,000.00, payable as follows; Down-payment on November 1, 1943, $6,750.00; balance, plus interest upon deferred balance computed monthly at rate of 4% per annum, in 180 monthly installments of $282.88 each, commencing December 1, 1943; Purchaser being granted right to use during term of said agreement, a strip of land, containing an area of 380 sq. ft., adjoining purchase parcel, for the maintenance of certain area-ways or chutes, downspouts and building foundation footings -2-
