Pop Buol stands next to a Cadillac bearing license plate W7CTK (the Dale Dorothy air pilot broadcasts - See Images 0131 133-141). Inscription with photo reads: "'Pop' Buol (brother of Peter Buol, first mayor of Las Vegas). Pop an assemblyman, got the bill through to entitle "ham" operators to have their call letters on car plates." [Identified by Dorothy Dorothy 11-1-84] Site Name: Lazy 88 Ranch
