C. 18-lneh main from Main Street and Washington Avenue, Las Vegas to Rose Avenue and U.S. Highway 91, North Las Vegas - Future extensions include supplementary 12-inch from Ogden to Washington and 18-inch from Rose Avenue to College Avenue. Basis for the design of these facilities is given in Table 10. The estimated cost is given in Table 11 and totals $856,000. These improvements are shown on Figure 17. 9.2 Water Supply from Basle Magnesium Inc, for Las Vegas As a means for quickly increasing the supply of water to the Las Vegas urban area, the supply of the Basic Magnesium Plant could be utilized to the maximum capacity available. This maximum was given previously as 8.0 MGD. The water elevation in the clear well of the BMI treatment plant is 2,007.
