We the undersigned Do hereby Locate and claim fifteen Hundred feet for Mining purchases on this Lead Lode or Ledge or Deposit of Silver bearing Rock and ore to be Known and Described as the [Piache?] [not legible] at the monument from which this Notice and running Seven hundred and fifty (750) feet in an Easterly Direction & Seven hundred and fifty (750) feet in an westerly Direction around along Said Lead Lode or Ledge or Deposit of Silver bearing rack and ore and in [not legible] three hundred feet on each side there of for mining and working purposes we claim and intend to hold and work Said Claim and mining ground in accordance with the mining laws of the United States approved May 10, 1872 and in accordance with the mining Laws of El Dorado mining District-Lincoln County State of Nevada Said mine is [not legible] about ¾ of a mile South westerly from Johnny [not legible] House and ½ mile north of the Silver Legion Mine Hotel Aug 13th 1850
