V LAS VEGAS LAMP AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION City; of Industry 2-1605 On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T. I* Hammill in executing C. L. D* 15711-2, dated September 15, 1966, Letter of Participation with City of Industry, Los Angeles County, California, Industry P. C. No* 113 vacated Eighth Avenue in Tract No. 1343, statement as to a full and complete list of all abutting properties of Las Vegas Land and Water Company which have contributed to the cost of construction of the sewer system constructed under Industry Private Contract No. 113, description being all property fronting on said sewer, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
