The Parties, of the First Part may grant additional ease­ments across or along the above described strip for water, sewers, telephone, telegraph and electric wires, and for poles. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties of. the First Part have caused these presents to be duly executed this ________day of ________________, 1942.
