Fort Mojave, Ariz September 18th The Honorable Commissioner of Indian Affairs Washington D.C. Sir: I have the honor to report leave of absence granted Miss Lucy Stillwell was allowed leave of absence beginning July 17th and ending August 4th, also [not legible] Barackman was allowed leave of absence beginning August 1st and ending August 21st.
