D. 2633, dated November 28, 1952, covering Blocks 2, 6 & 7 of Tract No. 1, and Block 6 of Tract No. 2, Boulder Dam Home sites Addition, Clark County, Las Vegas, Nevada, and executed by Las Vegas Land and Water Co. and Madsen Construction Corporation. The undersigned covenants that he is the owner of said contract and that it is free and clear of any claims or liens, and the undersigned agrees to hold harm less the assignee from any liability resulting from a violation of this covenant.
