He is an old nurseryman of experience and his work is a good thing to have as data In the settlement of this valley. out means to continue the work as he had no money, not even enough to buy the gasoline needed to pump the water. We are taking this matter up in the Promotion Society and are writing to all the parties who own large acreage in this valley asking them to help this man in his work as it is for the good of all to have the data he is making, I write you to ask that the railroad help in the xaatter, make a contribution to help in the devel­opment of this valley.
