You are hereby advised that authority has been granted for" you to publish an advertisement (as per the form herewith in­closed, in which dates are to be inserted by you) for a period of three weeks, covering 21 days, in the daily edition of the •Arizona Republican,* of Phoenix, Arize, and by means of posters, to be posted conspicuously in a number of public places in the vicinity of your school and elsewhere, and distributed among dealers in the arlcles required doing business in the locality,— inviting proposals for furnishing and delivering at your school a variety of building materials, consisting of lumber, shingles, door8, windows, paints, etc*, as fully set forth in your estimate of the 21st ultimo, required in the erection of a tvo*gstory adobe brick school building, as per the plans referred to in your letter dated October 2, 1892, except certain changes which you enumerate in that letter! and to enter into contract therefor IS* WWW (F«C%)
