Gray, President, Omaha, Nebraska• Dear Sirs Referring to your letter of September 38th in the matter of annual meeting of the Las Vegas Land & Water Company. It has been the practice at the annual meeting of the stockholders of this company to ratify by a formal resolution all of the acts of the officers as shown by the records for the pre­ceding year.
