• 4 June 19*1905 60-A Mr.H,I.Bettis, Auditor. Dear Sir:- Yoius of the 13th reoeived, file A-952, which refers to feed hill of Marsh, $11.80, also quoting message from Mr.Tuttle. While at Las Yegas this last trip, 1 eaw Walter fracken and spoke to him in regard to this unsettled account. He said that inasmuch as there was a misunderstanding in regard to the matter, that he understood it one way and you the other, and while he did not want any one to think he would do anything hut what was right,- he was willing to pay the small balance, which I think would he $8.15, and said he would hand it to me on my return; however, I did not have an oppor­tunity to see him when I came hack, hut I consider his word good and he no doubt will attend to it in the very near future, when I trust the matter will he definitely settled.
