Folger: I am returning herewith Invoice from Cragin & Pike, in amount $ 4 7 . » covering premium on Performance Bond re­quired under contract with Nevada Construction Company. This apparently covers bond attached to agreement of June 21st covering the construction of sanitary sewer to serve our North Main Street Industrial District; if so, the premium should be paid by the Nevada Construction Company and included in its bill on completion of the work.
