or fittings have been inspected and found to comply with terms of this ordinance, but no such certificate shall be granted until such piping or fittings, respectively, are found to conform to said regulations. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to use any gas through or by means of any piping or fittings in any building, or to furnish or supply gas to be used through or by means of such pipes or fittings until the same shall have been inspected and approved by the Plumbing inspector and the certificate hereinbefore provided shall have been issued therefor. Section 5. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances, in conflict with this Ordinance, are hereby repealed. Section 6. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and adoption and publication for one week (two issues) in the Las Vegas Review, a semi- weekly newspaper published in the City of Las Vegas. Passed and adopted this 2nd day of February, 1928, upon the following vote: Commissioners Smith, Mundy, German, Neagle and His Honor the Mayor voting aye. Noes, none. First reading January 31, 1928.
