3. They were furnished whiskey (by some means) and never an issue passed that some Indians did not get hauling drunk. They are never allowed to get whiskey at Kingman and the sheriff and deputies are very jealous in arresting [not legible] who would be likely to furnish them with whiskey. 3rd. There is plenty of grass at Kingman, but sometimes I understand a scarcity of water.
