During th e p r o g r e s s o f th e work, i f r e q u ir e d by th e E n g in eer, th e C o n tr a c to r s h a l l c a r r y , f r e e o f a l l c o s t and expense t o the R a ilr o a d Company, insurance a g a in s t f i r e and/or torn ad o on th e work, w ith in s u r e r s approved by the R a ilr o a d Company, w ith a c la u s e i n th e p o l i c i e s p r o v i d ­in g t h a t th e l o s s , i f any, on account o f f i r e and/or torn ad o s h a l l be p a y a b le t o th e C o n tr a c to r and th e R a ilr o a d Company as t h e i r i n t e r e s t s may appear a t th e tim e o f such l o s s . Any money r e c e i v e d by th e R a ilr o a d Company from such Insurance s h a l l be p a id t o th e C o n tr a c to r du rin g th e p r o g r e s s o f the work o f r e s t o r a t i o n perform ed by th e C o n tr a c to r upon such e s ­tim a te s and a t such tim es and under such terms as a re p r o v i d ­ed in S e c t io n 10 h e r e o f , i t b e in g u n derstood, however, t h a t th e C o n tr a c to r s h a l l c la im no a d d i t i o n a l compensation by r e a ­son o f such damage o r d e s t r u c t i o n , but the.
