When c Oils traction of two or more buildings shall hay© been started In an area not provided with sewer facilities the subdivider shall start construction of a sewer lateral from an exist ant manhole or a point designated by the City Engineer and complete the line to the next manhole within thirty days* There shall be a standard manhole at the end of each lateral* at all points at which the seller changes grade* and at all points at which the seirer changes alignment| All sewer laterals shall be of vitrified tile not less than eight inches In diameter,, The subdivider shall provide the City Engineer with two plats of his' subdivision to a scale of two hundred feet to the inch on which the proposed location of all laterals and manholes are designated. These plats shall also designate the length and grad© of all sewer laterals. If satisfactory one plat will be ©keyed by the City Engineer and returned to the subdivider the other plat to b© retained for th© City files.
