We have quite a heavy flow down the Creek, par­ticularly during the morning hours, and have suggested to the Railroad that this overflow he reduced as much as possible* 1 am now advised the State Engineer has instrus­ted hla local representative to keep a very close Oheok on all withdrawals from the underground channel this year. A Parshall flume with recorder will he installed as soon as It arrives to measure the flow down Las Vegas Creek from our reservoir, W@ will, of course, cooperate closely with the State Engineer and the recordings may enable us to re­arrange hours of attendant at reservoir to keep the over­flow at a minimum.
