Green & Co., against^fchfc Empire Construction Company, for non delivery of one hundred tons of alfalfa hay. In response I have to say that I have written Messrs. Haven & Haven, stating to them the position of the Empire Construction Co., in the matter, and refusing to recognize their clalip. I herewith return your file, excepting the letter from Messrs.
