Upon the completion of said work the District shall pay to- the Railroad Companies with­in thirty (30) days after rendition of bill therefor, the actual cost to Railroad Companies and the Southern Nevada Rower Company of removing said pip® lines and wire lime and somtrueting said new pipe line and said new power line connections plus tea percent (10$) of said actual coat of construction representing, the cost of super­vision. 33.
