    166 11 Consequently, if lumber, or irrigating plant or both- cannot be purchased from this years funds we will have to let the lumber go until another year- which will be a great disappointment. Omitting the lumber from our calculations and we have $9565 which represents the pay for employees. In closing I would respectfully recommend the following as measures of the greatest economy. Inasmuch as to be “held strictly accountable that the expenditures do not exceed the appropriation of $200.00” I trust that these suggestions respectfully submitted, will at pass unheeded.
