The said TWIN LAKES VILLAGE, INC*, a Nevada Corporation, warrants that it is the owner of the said 8” and 6" water line and connecting valves, fittings and valve boxes, and pressure reducing valve, and that the same is free and clear of all encumbrances in­cluding all material and labor claims attaching thereto, and it will at all times hereafter defend the title to the same against any and all persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same.
